
As the year ends, it’s a moment of reflection and pride for us at Collab. 2023 marked a significant milestone in our journey: our 20th anniversary. This year was filled with innovations and growth, reflecting our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
The return of CollabXperience was a major highlight. We commemorated two decades of innovation and success. It was a grand celebration, bringing together partners and clients from around the world. The event was more than just an anniversary; it was a testament to the strong relationships we have built and the impact we have made in the industry.
Understanding the evolving needs of our clients, this year we realigned Collab’s positioning. Our focus expanded to encompass not just the customer experience but also the user experience, employee experience, and multi-experience. This holistic approach ensures that we are not just meeting expectations but exceeding them.
In line with our renewed focus, we launched a new homepage and updated our collateral. This ensures that our communication is consistent with our new message, resonating more effectively with our audience.
Nubitalk’s availability has also now reached new heights. A key highlight of this expansion is our entry into South Africa, representing a crucial step in our commitment to providing seamless and efficient cloud solutions across continents.
2023 was a year of relentless innovation at Collab. We introduced + 220 new features and enhancements across our product portfolio. These include:
- AI integrations with platforms like GPT and Microsoft Bot Framework;
- Significant advancements in our AgentScripting and DataStudio platforms.
These innovations are a testament to our dedication to staying at the forefront of technological advancement.
This year, our customer satisfaction metrics were exceptionally positive, and our support team achieved an impressive 97% customer satisfaction rate, reflecting our unwavering commitment to delivering quality and value to our clients.
We welcomed 15 new logos globally and strengthened existing partnerships, reflecting our growing influence and trust in the market.
Collab actively participated in several industry events, including CCW Berlin 2023, the National Abprint Meeting 2023, and APCC Congress. These platforms allowed us to share insights on Conversational AI and ChatGPT in Customer Service, Customer Experience, among other topics.
December witnessed a significant transition in our Professional Services (PS) team. Sérgio Ministro and João Mimoso embarked on new journeys with other Lumine companies. We welcomed Pedro Patrício as the new VP of Professional Services. Change brings new perspectives, and we are excited about the future!
