A Indústria nacional dos Contact Centers assumiu, com determinação, a necessidade de migrar a esmagadora maior parte de cada uma das suas operações para teletrabalho, correspondendo ao imperativo de saúde pública e conforme solicitado pelo Governo, visando a defesa da saúde e segurança de todos os seus Colaboradores.

A execução prática desta migração implicou grande esforço logístico e envolveu sensíveis esforços financeiros. Mas o apoio das Empresas de Tecnologia do Setor foi o fator determinante para o sucesso que rodeou esta operação, quer pela competência dos recursos envolvidos e das soluções mobilizadas, quer pelo curtíssimo prazo de execução de mudança tão abrangente e delicada.  

A opção pelo teletrabalho colocou, desde logo, desafios ao nível do recrutamento, seleção e formação de Recursos Humanos, num enquadramento remoto completamente diferente daquele a que as operações estavam rotinadas. Mas as alterações mais relevantes colocaram-se ao nível da Supervisão e Gestão das operações. A realidade é que, mesmo neste novo cenário, continua  exigir-se dos Contact Centers um desempenho de excelência.
